APPLICATIONS – Ideal for 6V, 12V and 24V vehicles including cars, vans, trucks, SUVs, even Large Agricultural & Commercial Vehicles. Also suits for 12V batteries and all petrol and diesel engines.
How to Use Jumper Cables:
1.Make sure both vehicles are turned off; Turn off the lights, air conditioners, speakers etc of the rescued vehicle
2.Connect the red clamps to the positive (+) post of dead battery
3.Connect the other end of the red clamps to the positive(+) post of the good battery
4.Connect the black clamps to the frame bumper or engine block of the dead battery. DO NOT CONNECT DIRECTLY TO THE NEGATIVE (-) POST.
5.Connect the other end of black clamps to the negative (-)post of the good battery.
6.Make sure clamps from one cable do not accidentally touch the clamps of the other cable.
7.Start the working vehicle
8.After 1-2 mins , start the dead vehicle, and keep the vehicle running for a few minutes for recharging the battery.
9.Disconnect the cable clamps in the reverse order.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
