Why is there no tracking information after shipment?
After seller sends out the order, it usually takes 4 days at most for the tracking information to be updated. So, please be patient to wait for updates of the tracking information. You can get newest tracking information by clicking ‘Tracking’ on order list page.
I received my order after getting a refund. What can I do?
If you would like to return the item, please contact the seller to negotiate the return, e.g., return it to the seller directly, or place a new order in seller’s store.
HOW and WHERE i can use the Promo Code?
1.During the checkout, under the “Payment Method” you will see and click on “Have a promotion code?” then enter your Promo Code in to the “Enter promo code’s box and click “Apply” Our system will refresh the total amount and show you the new after discount amount.
2.You will find PAYMENT METHOD. carefully look down to left you will see “Have a promotional code?” click on it Discount code then click APPLY.
3.The red arrow pointing to the “Have a promotion code?” you need to click on it and key in Discount Code then click “Apply”

How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Packages will be shipped with Post Malaysia to Malaysia and SingPost to Singapore.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
