Why my order still not arrive?

Why i cannot trace my order after the parcel leave the origin country?
Sometime, after the parcel is leave it origin country, it cannot be traced on our tracking page. BUT you can use your country post tracking to trace the parcel. Normally few days after your country updated the tracking status, our system will also auto update the tracking on our website.
