- How to check order status?
- Login to your account with us and you will see the latest status of your order. IF, you do not have an account with us, you are welcomed to register one. Click here to register new account. OR you can contact us to request for your order status and tracking number. Once you receive the tracking number, you can check the tracking on our website at this link
- Why my order still not arrive?
- Depend on your location and country. Please visit this link to see more about “Shipping & Delivery” IF, your tracking number show the item is signed upon delivery and you still do not receive it. It is already out of our range of policy. Please contact your local post office to investigate who signed your parcel.
- Why i cannot trace my order after the parcel leave the origin country?
- Sometime, after the parcel is leave it origin country, it cannot be traced on our tracking page. BUT you can use your country post tracking to trace the parcel. Normally few days after your country updated the tracking status, our system will also auto update the tracking on our website.

- How to search products?
- Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the “Search Bar” at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
- How to change currency setting on Desktop?
- For Desktop/Website version, on top of right of our website, beside the “Search Bar” click and select your currency. The currency will auto change to your selected currency and rate is up to date. Our currency system is autopilot and always up to date with the world latest currency rate. Please note: during checkout, our system will auto convert the total amount in to USD currency.
