1. Put the batteries in correctly. Turn the power switch to ON. Before pressing the head, Youdi’s eyes are black. When you press down on Youdi’s head, his eys will turn dark blue. And then Youdi will move around, bark and act like a playful puppy.
2. If you press down on Youdi’s head while he is playing, he will switch into Voice Command mode and his eyes will be green. Please stand within 5 feet away from Youdi when you speak to him so he can easily understand your commands. Look in the instruction manual for the 15 Voice Commands Youdi will perform. If Youdi understands your command, his eyes will turn light blue.If he can’t understand the command, his eyes will change back to green and he will return to his regular playing mode.
3. To exit from any mode, press Youdi’s head again.
4. If you don’t play with Youdi for minutes he will go into Energy Saving Mode. To awaken Youdi, Press his head and he will start playing again.
5. If you give Youdi the command “Follow Me”, you can go for a walk. Please keep your hand or foot within 6-7 inches of Youdi’s chest. If your hand or foot is too far away from Youdi, He will get lost and not follow you.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
